Welcome to Gemini Collective. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Our Products

All items sold by Gemini Collective are handmade with love and care. As each product is individually crafted, there may be minor natural variations in appearance, finish, or dimensions compared to the product images shown. These small differences are a hallmark of handmade goods and are not considered defects. We will never send an item we are not proud of.

2. Personalised & Custom Orders

Due to the bespoke nature of personalised products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised or custom-made items unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

  • We photograph all personalised items before dispatch as a record of their condition.
  • Please double-check all personalisation details (names, spellings, quantities) before submitting your order, as we make items exactly as specified.
  • If your personalised item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund. You will not be required to return the item.

3. Returns Policy (Non-Personalised Items)

If you are not satisfied with a non-personalised item, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • You contact us before returning the item, stating your reason for return.
  • The item is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

The item must be returned to us before a refund is issued. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.

Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described. For faulty non-personalised items, we will arrange return postage and issue a full refund or replacement once the item is received back.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at gemini.engravings@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damage

For personalised items: we will arrange a replacement or full refund. You will not be required to return the item.

For non-personalised items: we will arrange return postage and issue a full refund or replacement once the item is received back.

5. Dispatch & Delivery

As all items are handmade to order, please allow the estimated production time stated on each product listing before dispatch. Delivery times are in addition to production times. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, or other courier services once an item has been dispatched.

6. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to cancel orders for personalised items once production has begun. Non-personalised orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on the Gemini Collective website are the property of Gemini Collective and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

8. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information is used solely to process your order and will never be shared with third parties without your consent. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
