Shipping policy

Handmade to Order

All items at Gemini Collective are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for production before dispatch, unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Larger or more complex orders (such as wedding place name placards) may require additional time — we will always communicate this with you.

Delivery

We ship via Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD depending on the size and value of your order. Estimated delivery times are in addition to production times:

• Standard delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch
• We are not responsible for delays caused by our courier partners once your order has been dispatched

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at gemini.engravings@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the damage.
